How to request deletion of your clinic data from DentalFlow

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your clinic data and all associated patient records from DentalFlow, please contact our support team by sending an email to:

Please include the following information in your deletion request:

  • Your clinic name
  • Registered email address or contact details
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Important Notice

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before requesting deletion.

What Gets Deleted?

Upon a verified deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed within 30 days:

  • All patient records and profiles
  • Appointment history and schedules
  • Treatment plans and notes
  • Billing and payment records
  • All clinic settings and preferences
  • User accounts associated with your clinic
  • Any stored media files (videos, images)

Processing Time

Once we receive and verify your deletion request, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
