1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DentalFlow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DentalFlow is a web-based patient management software (SaaS) designed specifically for dental clinics. The Service provides features including but not limited to:

• Patient queue management
• Appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Patient profile and medical history tracking
• Treatment planning and billing
• Visit notes and documentation
• Patient communication features (in development)

3. Beta/Pilot Program

DentalFlow is currently in a beta/pilot testing phase. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• The Service may contain bugs, errors, or other issues
• Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
• The Service is provided "as is" during the beta period
• Your feedback and suggestions are valuable for improving the Service

4. User Accounts and Access

4.1 Account Creation

To use DentalFlow, you must have a valid clinic key provided by us. Each clinic is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their clinic key.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your clinic key secure and confidential
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your clinic staff uses the Service appropriately

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share your clinic key with unauthorized third parties

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable data protection laws
• Obtain necessary consents from patients before storing their data
• Use patient data only for legitimate healthcare purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Rights

The Service, including all software, code, designs, graphics, and content, is owned by DentalFlow and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Data

You retain all rights to the patient data and information you store in the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may:

• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Experience technical difficulties or outages
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

• Backing up your data regularly
• Verifying the accuracy of information stored in the Service
• Complying with healthcare regulations and professional standards
• Making clinical decisions based on your professional judgment

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DentalFlow, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, please contact our support team at support@dored.org.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the Service

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide you with a reasonable opportunity (30 days) to export your data before permanent deletion.

12. Pricing and Payment

During the beta/pilot phase, DentalFlow is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce pricing in the future. If pricing is introduced:

• You will be notified at least 30 days in advance
• You may choose to continue using the Service under the new pricing or terminate your account
• Pricing terms will be clearly communicated

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
